Why do boxers and MMA trainers wrap hands different?
I know that you don’t wrap the thumb in MMA because you need it. But even for Muay Thai you wrap in between each finger, but in boxing its just around the hand and wrist, not between fingers. Why?
I just know how my Muay Thai trainer wraps them, between each finger. But I have been watching videos on Youtube and stuff and they are all just around the hand.
Not everyone is universally going to agree on one wrap just the same way not everyone is universally going to agree on anything even within each sport. There is more crossover between wrapping the three than you would initially think and I would venture to say most in the world of boxing wrap in between the fingers, I would think very few don’t.
Knuckle (meta carpal) protection isn’t actually the most important thing in hand wraps, especially for most boxers who only use their hands, it’s actually more important to secure the wrist and the carpals as they’re the the most likely to suffer from repeated abuse.

Well I am quite sure that you are wrong and they do wrap in between the fingers in boxing.

I’ve seen literally about a dozen ways to wrap the hands. I train for MMA and always wrap my thumb. Just different people have different preferences.
